Power, connectivity and emergency calls
Internet-based phone services depend on power and a working internet connection. Calls, including calls to 999 and 112, may fail during a power cut or connection failure. Tell us if you depend on the service for emergency calls so that the appropriate resilience arrangements can be discussed before installation. Keep your service-location details current, particularly when moving a phone or using it remotely.
Agree the call flow before moving numbers
Plan the users, simultaneous calls, main numbers and where calls should ring. Confirm the handsets, call allowances, porting charges and installation work in your quotation. Existing numbers should remain active until the agreed transfer is complete.

Can we keep our telephone numbers?
Often, subject to number eligibility and the existing provider arrangements. We will check before confirming a port. Do not cancel the existing service before the transfer is agreed.
What happens after I enquire?
We review your requirements, clarify the scope and prepare a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
